Occupational Therapy Team Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Wollongong area and Sutherland shire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering occupational therapy services to NDIS participants and supporting the development of your colleagues.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
- A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
