The Role
At Northrop, we're seeking a skilled Structural Drafter to join our team. As a Drafter of Structures, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our built environment.

As part of our Structural Section, you'll be responsible for planning and completing assigned drafting projects within agreed budgets and deadlines. Your ability to consistently produce high-quality documents in agreed time frames will be crucial to your success in this role.

We're looking for a motivated individual with a strong background in drafting, Revit structural experience, and local experience in Structural Steel, Precast, and/or Reinforced concrete buildings. Formal Revit training is a plus.

The Candidate
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering projects on time and on budget. You'll be an expert in BIM and technology related to construction, with a strong interest in mentoring and developing junior Drafters. Our ideal candidate will have a knack for communication and collaboration, with a commitment to excellence in their work.
