About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Peak Trade Casuals during our busy period. As a Peak Trade Casual, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and supporting our sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in-store
  • Assist with sales and merchandising activities to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements

  • Availability to work throughout the peak trade period (early-September 2024 to the start of February 2025)
  • Flexibility to work across multiple stores within a geographical area
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
