The Role

We are looking for an experienced Body Piercer who can lead our team with exceptional piercing skills, precision, and a 'can-do' attitude. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your retail talents across jewelry and hair care products, further enhancing your skillset and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create positive experiences for every piercing client, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
• Educate clients on after-care procedures, check-ups, and jewelry resizing, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• Maintain the piercing studio to meet and exceed Council, OH&S, and Hairhouse standards, upholding the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Build a strong community between the store and piercing customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Support the Retail and Salon teams during downtime, ensuring seamless operations and efficient use of time.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the ear piercing industry.
• Infection Control Certification and proficiency in best practice hygiene protocols.
