Land Acquisition and Development Manager

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective land acquisition strategies to drive business growth and meet operational goals.
- Identify and secure strategic greenfield sites for development, working closely with government authorities and landowners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, government agencies, and consultants.
- Conduct thorough feasibility studies and business case analyses to inform land acquisition decisions.
- Liaise with government authorities and consultants to ensure smooth project progression.
- Negotiate land purchase contracts, including terms and conditions, purchase price, and contingencies.
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, including title searches and zoning and planning reviews.
- Proven experience in land development and the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and recommend practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of maturity and professionalism.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
