As a Cyber Security Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies to protect our organization's digital assets.

Job Description

We are seeking an individual with strong analytical skills to join our team. You will be working closely with other departments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing security events from multiple sources, including SIEM tools, network intrusion systems, and Host based Intrusion Prevention tools.
  • Monitoring and assessing emerging threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring those requiring action are addressed.
  • Managing security incidents, providing advice and education, and maintaining the currency and health of deployed security tools.
  • Providing technical administration support for security software and hardware.
  • Producing reports and reviewing processes to contribute to overall security.
Requirements
  • A self-starting individual with a basic IT understanding but willingness to learn.
  • Interest in continual learning and development.
  • Rapid upskilling ability to respond to adversaries.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Awareness of applicable industry and government cyber security frameworks.
