Job Title: Infrastructure Planner

This role focuses on planning and coordinating infrastructure projects to ensure timely delivery of safe, efficient, and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules to align with organisational objectives.
  • Coordinate resources, materials, and services to support project execution.
  • Optimise work packages to reduce travel time and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare comprehensive planning folders with all necessary documentation to facilitate field delivery.
  • Validate and update Reasonable Estimates (REs) to guarantee accurate planning and resource allocation.
  • Arrange third-party services such as civil works and traffic management to support timely delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to assess the effectiveness of safety and efficiency methodologies tailored to each location.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by notifying relevant authorities and securing equipment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical network planning or maintenance operations.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and GIS mapping software.
  • Ability to prepare and lodge switching sheets with precision and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ and VESI requirements in planning contexts.
  • Agility managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability in planning work.
