This role focuses on planning and coordinating infrastructure projects to ensure timely delivery of safe, efficient, and sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed project plans and schedules to align with organisational objectives.
- Coordinate resources, materials, and services to support project execution.
- Optimise work packages to reduce travel time and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive planning folders with all necessary documentation to facilitate field delivery.
- Validate and update Reasonable Estimates (REs) to guarantee accurate planning and resource allocation.
- Arrange third-party services such as civil works and traffic management to support timely delivery.
- Conduct site visits to assess the effectiveness of safety and efficiency methodologies tailored to each location.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by notifying relevant authorities and securing equipment.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical network planning or maintenance operations.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and GIS mapping software.
- Ability to prepare and lodge switching sheets with precision and compliance.
- Strong understanding of HSEQ and VESI requirements in planning contexts.
- Agility managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability in planning work.
