About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic CareHub Project Team as a Project Officer.

This role will see you involved in the implementation of our new care and clinical system, CareHub, and will provide a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of exceptional care services.

About the Team:

You will work closely with the Implementation Manager and be part of a dynamic project team assisting with project administration, data migration, staff training, go-live support, post-implementation auditing, and systems monitoring.

About You:

To be considered, you will bring:

  • Ability to learn and adopt new technology systems or be a current CareHub user
  • Experience in delivering staff training and supporting staff to learn on the job
  • Ability to be away from home up to a week at a time during a site implementation
  • Commitment to a fixed-term (full-time) contract
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and respond positively to change and challenges
  • A valid driver's licence and commitment to travel over the duration of the project to support implementation across NSW and ACT
