We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the operational aspects of our Level Up project, delivering accredited training and personalized support for young people.
The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, non-accredited work readiness training, and project reporting, helping participants gain nationally recognized skills and vocational qualifications to move toward sustainable employment.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with our RTO partner to deliver high-quality training and support services.
- Recruit and engage participants, ensuring they receive the necessary support to achieve their goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including case notes, reports, and program data collection.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV or equivalent experience in relevant fields, such as Community Services, Employment Services, Youth Work, or Training. They will also have a strong understanding of the labor market and issues faced by young people entering the workforce.
