The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Azure Specialist to lead and drive operational maturity in our Microsoft Azure environment. As a key member of our team, you'll provide technical guidance, training, and solutions to our operational staff, ensuring seamless management of customer workloads.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert architecture, design, and implementation advice on migrating and deploying workloads in Microsoft Azure.
- Collaborate with our operations teams to resolve customer tickets and ensure positive outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of customer-centric Azure runbooks using PowerShell and ARM templates.
- Work closely with our Azure Product and Architecture teams to ensure product outcomes are achieved.
- 4+ years' experience delivering IaaS and PaaS solutions in Microsoft Azure.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Identity, Virtual Machines, Virtual Networking, Storage, and associated end-to-end service architecture.
- Demonstrable experience performing on-premise to Azure migrations using native Azure or 3rd party tooling.
- Strong documentation skills and the ability to write clear work instructions for other engineers to follow.
- Strong PowerShell automation and Azure Resource Manager template experience.
