Job Description:

As a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst at EDT Global Pty Ltd., you will play a crucial role in supporting the digitisation project. Your specialist procurement experience and deep understanding of the Defence Contract Guidelines will be invaluable in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve the effectiveness of the contract guidelines by tailoring them to include digitisation and modular applications of the templates suite.
  • Transform the contract guidelines to make them easier, faster, and more cost-effective to enable progression towards achieving Minimum Viable Capability (MVC) for digitalised contract templates.

Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of the Defence template suite.
  • A thorough understanding of and recent experience with developing, tailoring, and implementing Defence-based contracts and undertaking procurement activities in the Defence environment.
  • Experience in business/systems analysis.
  • Experience in defining software requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems based on analysis and investigation.
  • Proven experience in eliciting and documenting requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of Project Methodologies, User Acceptance Testing, and/or Change Management practices.

Qualifications:
Business Information Systems or similar and/or Business Analysis certification.
