About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a holistic people strategy that fosters a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Lead performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and learning and development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles within the luxury retail sector
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and handle multiple stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
