**Sales Representative Opportunity**
We're seeking a motivated sales professional to provide exceptional customer service and premium workwear at Harbourtown Premium Outlets.
A successful candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs.
You'll have the opportunity to be part of a growing business with an energetic team, receive ongoing support from experienced management, and undergo on-the-job training for our operations and products.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales in a retail environment
- Able to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in business needs
We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, driven to provide a superior customer experience, and comfortable working collaboratively within a team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records and reports using POS systems
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
