At UGL, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Railway Structures Maintenance Manager to join our team. This is a critical role that will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of railway structures across various projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in railway structures maintenance, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices. They will be responsible for leading teams of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality maintenance services, while adhering to strict safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage teams of engineers and technicians to deliver maintenance services
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders, including project managers and clients, to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in railway structures maintenance
  • Chartered Engineering status (CPEng)
  • Current Class 1 driving license
