We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our In-Room Dining team as waitpersons in a part-time capacity. This role is perfect for those who enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences and have a passion for providing outstanding service.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring guests receive attentive and personalized care throughout their dining experience. You will require:

  • A genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • The ability to work effectively on permanent night and overnight shifts
  • Strong communication skills to interact with FOH and BOH teams
  • Reliability and a trustworthy attitude to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests
  • Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks and priorities

In addition to your excellent interpersonal skills, you will need to hold or obtain a current RSA certificate and have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
