AI-Powered Infrastructure Engineer

We're building AI systems that free clinicians from administrative burdens and increase the quality and accessibility of care to patients across the world.

The Role

As an AI-Powered Infrastructure Engineer, you'll work closely with our Engineering Manager – Agents & Automations to ensure our AI-powered systems run smoothly.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Automating build, test, and deploy steps to get new models and services into production quickly and safely.
  • Operating cloud infrastructure using Terraform or similar, balancing performance with cost.
  • Building observability – surfacing metrics for model-level latency, token usage, and streaming throughput alongside traditional health checks.
  • Managing artefacts – handling model weights, embeddings, and audio assets so versions are traceable and rollbacks are painless.
  • Harden security – applying least-privilege principles, secrets management, and data-handling policies suited to sensitive health data.
  • Guiding the team – creating runbooks, sharing best practices, and helping engineers debug production issues.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong foundation in Linux, containers, and networking.
  • Hands-on experience with IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar) and at least one major cloud platform.
  • CI/CD expertise covering microservices and workloads that include GPUs or other specialized hardware.
  • Working knowledge of monitoring and alerting stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud native tools) with an eye on AI-specific signals such as model response times and cost per request.
  • Comfort navigating security and compliance in a data-sensitive environment.
  • Clear communication; making complex infra topics accessible to the rest of engineering.
