Pro Bono Leadership Opportunity

This role offers a chance to lead the development and implementation of a pro bono & community strategy, ensuring alignment with the practice's broader responsible business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for access to justice / advocacy / community outreach and excellent organisational and project management skills.

They will also be able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, manage staff and drive collaboration and operational effectiveness.

  • Developing and maintaining strategic pro bono and community partner relationships.
  • Coordination and monitoring pro bono work in collaboration with local partners and staff in each office.
  • Monitoring the Foundation's annual budget, hours and costs and intervening where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing overall leadership, management, coordination and strategic vision for the national Responsible Business Group.
  • Supervision and support of the Responsible Business Assistant, Foundation Ambassadors and the Foundation's Advisory Group.
  • Reporting to the Partnership on a regular basis on the overall status of the Foundation's program.
About This Role:
  • Legally qualified with at least 7 years of legal experience.
  • Strong passion and/or experience in access to justice / advocacy / community outreach.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Well-developed stakeholder relations skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
