Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing high-end residential builds, with experience in managing day-to-day site operations, trades and subcontractors.

  • Manage site operations, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship, safety and client satisfaction are consistently achieved.
  • Ensure quality control is maintained at all times, scheduling and coordinating works to meet project deadlines.
  • Liaise with architects, consultants and clients professionally, enforcing WHS compliance and managing site safety.

A carpentry or trade background is highly regarded, with excellent knowledge of construction processes, detailing and finishes. Strong leadership, time management and communication skills are essential.
