Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional with excellent customer service skills to join our team as Service Advisors in our busy Service departments.

No prior automotive experience is required, but some form of customer services experience would be beneficial. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

The Role
  • Meet and greet customers, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Book vehicles into the diary, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing downtime.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer databases, providing valuable insights for future interactions.
  • Support the profitability of the service department by utilizing sales techniques and promoting relevant products and services.
  • Ensure customers are aware of workshop services, providing clear explanations and addressing any concerns.
  • Accurately record vehicle faults, facilitating timely repairs and minimizing delays.
  • Liaise with technicians to track vehicle progress, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining open communication.
  • Obtain authority and payments for repairs, managing cash flow and optimizing revenue.

About You
