Job Title

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing export and import projects from start to finish. This includes planning, arranging and directing projects by compiling, completing and verifying necessary documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include taking bookings, liaising with customers, assisting in the development and expansion of customer relationships, and assisting with tender submissions. You will also be responsible for job registrations, order tracking, and following up with stakeholders.

In addition, you will have the ability to problem solve export and import issues with a range of stakeholders, including airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, co-loaders, and customers. You will also take action to help support and manage processes within the department to meet export and import KPIs.

Communication skills are essential in this role, as you will need to communicate regularly with customers and service providers. You will also investigate issues where required for service failures or customer problems.

Requirements
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and fostering true collaboration to keep supply chains flowing.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail and a strong focus on data input.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to complete paperwork in a clear, legible and accurate manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CW1 knowledge preferred.
