**Job Title:** Solutions Architect Specialist

Our organization is looking for a skilled Presales Engineer to join our team. As a Presales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support to our sales process. This involves understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, delivering product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, and creating customized solutions that meet client needs.

  • You will collaborate with the sales team to comprehend customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products' capabilities and benefits.
  • Perform solution architecture design, ensuring product compatibility with client infrastructure.
  • Work closely with internal departments to communicate client feedback and requirements.
  • Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales by assisting with implementation and deployment as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in infrastructure and/or networking.
  • Relevant certifications in these fields can be advantageous.
  • A strong background in infrastructure (Dell/HPE) and networking (Juniper/Aruba/Fortinet) is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and solution architecture design is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer-focused solutions is vital.
