Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Representative to join our team at our Merrylands location. As a key member of our Buys and Loans Department, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions efficiently, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Effectively communicate pricing, valuation, and pawnbroking options to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services, enabling you to make informed recommendations to customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualifications an advantage.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
