Requirements

  • A degree in statistics, mathematics, or related discipline is required.\
  • Relevant experience in workforce planning, including supply and demand modeling.\
  • Ability to present complex concepts to various stakeholders.\
  • High level of autonomy in managing daily work and projects.\
  • Knowledge of scale operations environments and workforce planning processes would be highly regarded.\
