
Front Desk Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front-of-house operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security at all times
- Assist with events and meetings, including setup, coordination, and cleanup
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar front desk or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
