Job Title: Service Manager

We are seeking a qualified professional to lead our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service, overseeing the development of a positive environment that fosters growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the OSHC service to ensure operation in line with Government Regulations, Legislation, National Quality Framework and organisational requirements.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to increase commitment to the service's goals.
  • Inspire a supportive culture of safety aligned with the service's values.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Service Managers require a minimum Diploma in Childhood Studies or other qualifications recognised by the regulatory authority.
  • Unqualified Service Managers require a minimum Certificate III in Childhood Studies or other qualifications recognised by the regulatory authority AND working towards a Diploma in Childhood Studies or other qualifications recognised by the regulatory authority.
  • Ability to take on responsibility of Nominated supervisor.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing OSHC operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a multidisciplinary OSHC team.
  • Hold a Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or able to obtain).
  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain).
