We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional to lead our Consultation & Assessment Team (CAT) and Safeguard Team. Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the CAT and Safeguard Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Liaise and provide consultation to staff and managers of other mental and general health teams and relevant external agencies.
- Ensure team staff comply with professional and organisational obligations in relation to policies and procedures, risk management, and notifications in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical service delivery and outcomes, models of care, evidence-based practice, and practice development.
- Current APHRA Registration and authority to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in acute child and/or young person's mental health (0-24 years).
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead, manage, and support a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated knowledge in initiating and implementing changes to improve clinical service delivery and outcomes, models of care, evidence-based practice, and practice development.
