Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reception services, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Admit and discharge patients, prepare and run client information reports, and perform word processing and data entry tasks.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the team, including managing medical records and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced health environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Requirements
  • A solid background working in a reception and medical records department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proven competence in data entry, computer skills, and medical record management.
