Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join our team. As a Research Fellow, you will play a key role in collaborating with researchers, clinicians, and community partners to design and evaluate meaningful solutions for people living with severe mental illness. You will coordinate and contribute to ethics applications, research agreements, and data access processes for human research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design protocols, collect and analyze data, and publish high-quality research
  • Manage projects day-to-day, including scheduling, resourcing, stakeholder engagement, and reporting
  • Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and people with lived experience to codesign innovative solutions
  • Ensure project milestones are delivered within timeframes and budgets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A completed PhD (or equivalent qualifications/work experience) in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in mixed-methods research, particularly in conceptualizing research, writing protocols, and publishing findings
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage costs, timelines, and resources effectively
  • High-level interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with researchers, clinicians, and community partners
