Job Title: Entry Level Drillers Offsider

We are seeking a motivated and career-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Entry Level Driller's Offsider. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their mining career with a top-tier mining company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting daily pre-start equipment checks, completing necessary safety paperwork and processes, assisting with routine maintenance, and loading and unloading heavy vehicles. They will also be required to set up, dismantle, and move drill rigs and equipment, clean drill rigs, vehicles, equipment, and tools, and follow the direction of the Driller at all times.

To be successful in this role, you must reside in Western Australia, have a manual C class licence with no restrictions, a clean police record from within the last 3 months, valid proof of COVID-19 vaccinations + booster, and a strong work ethic. You must also be able to pass a pre-employment medical, have a strong commitment to safety, Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident, working at heights and 4WD ticket (not required but highly regarded), mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to think on your feet.

This role involves extensive manual laboring while underground, so you will need to cope and perform with the demands of the position. If you go underground, please keep in mind that you will be working with confined spaces, dust, and other environmental challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
