Our 12-month Graduate PLUS program is designed to provide you with the tools and resources you need to succeed in your role and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients with a variety of presentations, including motor skills, ADLs, functional capacity assessments, and sensory disorders.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Participate in regular supervision and mentoring sessions to ensure you have the support and guidance you need to succeed in your role.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services that align with our organization's mission and values.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements
  • Full Australian work rights.
  • Registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain.
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
