About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Test Lead to join our team at FourQuarters Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Workday HCM and iChris payroll integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Test Strategy/Plan to ensure key project milestones are met
  • Design, execute, and report on test activities, including Systems Integration testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Collaborate with the project team to gain a broader understanding of the program and testing scenarios
  • Manage and execute test plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in ERP systems, specifically Workday, and a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field. You will also have at least 5 years of experience in a Test Lead role, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong communication skills are essential.
