About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE and Training Coordinator to join our team at Cleanaway. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs, managing compliance to site safety processes, and ensuring the quality of our waste management processes through rigorous audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and oversee training programs for all staff, ensuring safety protocols and operational procedures are well understood and followed.
  • Manage site compliance to our health, safety, and environmental (HSE) system, ensuring alignment with all relevant legislation and Cleanaway standards.
  • Conduct regular quality audits of the waste processing operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and updating training materials, safety procedures, and audit processes.
About You
  • Strong background in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent understanding of safety systems and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to conduct detailed quality audits and implement improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
