About the PositionThis is a full-time, permanent role offering a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a Physiotherapist seeking career advancement. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, build strong patient relationships, and have the flexibility to work across all three clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse caseload of patients, including NDIS participants, private clients, and Medicare beneficiaries
- Build strong patient relationships and provide holistic treatment
- Work autonomously and within a team to achieve clinical goals
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills
- Competitive commission structure: earn 35% of revenue for the first six months, increasing to 40% thereafter
- Guaranteed income support: a $500 per week supplement during a two-week induction period
- Flexible working hours: options to work from Monday to Saturday with flexible hours across St Kilda, Brighton East, and Cheltenham clinics
- Professional development opportunities: ongoing education and training tailored to your performance and learning needs

- AHPRA registration and eligibility to work in Australia
- Demonstrated experience or interest in Sports physiotherapy
- 2+ years of physiotherapy experience in Australia
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
