About the Role

As a Data Initiative Lead NgaTapuwae in our team, you'll play a key role in helping to be accountable for the co-ordination of significant, time bound items of work. You are a subject matter expert in ANZ Regulatory. You understand ETE Regulatory systems landscape at ANZ and able to integrate NgaTapuwae data in Regulatory Data Hub. Your role involves managing timing, sequence and scope of work that teams perform, including managing inter-dependencies across teams, squads and other partners (e.g., Technology, Risk and Finance). The initiative lead will track and manage the investment spend on the program of work ensuring that benefits are realised at pace.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Regulatory Stakeholder requirements
  • Meet all mandated data requirements for Regulatory reporting purposes
  • Work with FSDI Data team and Technology closely to deliver ETE outcomes
  • Identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies, agreeing appropriate risk responses
  • Work with the customer to deliver major initiatives, able to quickly gather information on the progress of work and communicate to stakeholders
  • Build collaborative and inclusive relationships with colleagues to enable objectives to be achieved
  • Deliver against agreed budget, timelines and planning to ensure effective use of budget and resourcing
  • Commercially savvy with an ability to understand how an initiative will be embedded into a customer's process
What We're Looking For
  • Strong Regulatory SME
  • Comprehensive understanding of ANZ Source Systems and ANZ Regulatory Data Hub
  • Google Cloud Platform experience
  • Strong delivery focus experience and able to coordinate many moving parts to deliver an outcome
  • Expert stakeholder management relationship building
  • Agile ways of working
  • Proficiency in using tools to manage projects effectively – whether it's a Gantt Chart, Excel, Confluence, SharePoint or something else
  • Background in process optimisation (e.g., lean/six sigma)
