• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all rooms
• Ensure that all rooms are ready for occupation on time
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues promptly
• Work collaboratively with other Housekeeping team members to achieve common goals
• Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by participating in deep clean projects and other tasks as required

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Flexibility with shifts, including early mornings and late evenings
• Ability to complete a wide range of tasks within a set time period
• High standard of personal presentation
• Legal right to work in Australia
• Fitness level to be able to stand for long periods and lift items up to 23 kilograms
• A minimum of 1 year's experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel environment or similar commercial setting
