Your Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team in delivering high-quality clinical services to clients in Residential Aged Care settings.

This role involves both clinical and administrative duties, with a focus on delivering evidence-based mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one therapy interventions, and group based active aging services.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the delivery of physiotherapy services according to operating procedures and policies.
  • Servicing RAC clients according to Allied Health Professionals treatment plans.
  • Transporting residents to and from therapy sessions, setting up and packing away equipment, and cleaning areas as needed.
  • Collecting referrals and performing administrative tasks as guided by Physiotherapists.
  • Ordering prescribed equipment and running exercise groups/programs.
  • Supporting initiatives to meet client expectations and consulting with Physiotherapists/Occupational Therapists on adaptations/changes/progressions of treatment plans.
  • Participating in mentoring, supervision, and appraisals according to policy and procedure.
