Woolworths Group is seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join their Trolley Collection Team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for collecting trolleys in car parks and surrounding streets using a vehicle. This includes driving a trolley collection vehicle, pushing trolleys up a ramp onto the vehicle, collecting trolleys left in and around the store, and returning them to the trolley bays.

As a valued member of the team, you will also be required to carry out all pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle, follow all safety and operational processes and procedures related to vehicle operation and trolley collection, and follow all road rules. You may also be required to complete cleaning and waste disposal tasks as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a full (unrestricted) Australian drivers licence or Provisional P2 drivers licence (Green P Plates). Physical fitness is essential for this role, as you will be transitioning from driving a vehicle to physically collecting and loading trolleys throughout your shift. Additionally, you will need to be available to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 4pm. A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team are also essential requirements.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of approximately $62,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
