We're seeking experienced leaders to join our team and drive visitor experience success. As a Christmas Experience Team Leader, you'll inspire, support, and lead your team to create magical moments for families visiting Santa's photo studio.
You'll be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences, managing daily operations, rosters, and workflow, welcoming families, and maintaining a joyful atmosphere. Your strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure will be invaluable in this role.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm and composed under pressure
- Able to adapt to changing circumstances
