What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food according to restaurant specifications, ensuring presentation and quality meet standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain adequate levels of food products at line stations, preventing spoilage and contamination.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with teammates to achieve common goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Sanitation: Implement proper sanitation practices, adhering to health regulations and maintaining a clean workstation area.
Specific Experience We're Seeking
- 2-3 years of experience in restaurant and/or culinary roles, preferably in fine dining establishments.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills for efficient food production.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
- Proficiency in knife skills and basic kitchen equipment usage.
- Multitasking and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This role requires flexibility, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
