This role is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about food and customer service. As a Delicatessen Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging a wide variety of cheeses in our production centre.

• Lifting and Handling:
• Ensure the safe lifting, cutting, and packaging of bulk blocks of cheddar weighing up to 20kg-50kg.
• Food Safety and Hygiene:
• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
• Teamwork and Efficiency:
• Work efficiently as part of a small production team, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality products.
• Organization and Maintenance:
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.
• Support Services:
• Assist with general deli tasks as required, providing exceptional customer service and support.

• Be available to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, being reliable and punctual.
• Able to work well independently and within a team.
• Previous experience in deli or production is an advantage but not essential.
