We are seeking a Team Member to join our frontline Fuel team at our EG Werrington store. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting products, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Product Promotion
    • Promote products and offers to customers to increase sales and revenue
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Store Operations
    • Operate point of sale systems and manage cash handling procedures
    • Monitor fuel and stock deliveries to ensure efficient inventory management
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless store operations

Requirements

  • Previous Retail Experience
    • Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required
