Primary Care Physician Opportunity in Sidney

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Practitioner to join our team-based approach to primary care. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with other network doctors to cover clinic hours and participate in community hospital care at Saanich Peninsula Hospital.
As a Family Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care as the most responsible primary care provider for a minimum patient panel. You will have opportunities in maternity and palliative care, as well as general practice.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering patient-centred care. Additionally, the ability to participate in education and quality improvement initiatives is essential.
Our team benefits from flexible scheduling, including 1680-2100 hours/year, 3-5 days/week, and 4-9 hours/day. We also offer a range of resources, including RNs, Pharmacists, MH Clinicians, and Social Workers.
