We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legislative, and internal compliance obligations. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
About the Role
- Provide excellent customer service while assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently via multiple channels.
- Manage inbound, outbound calls and email correspondence within set SLAs and following company standards with the goal to achieve positive customer outcomes.
- Understand customer insights and feedback and always act to put our customers' best interests first.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legislative, and internal compliance obligations.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and have a customer-focused approach to tasks.
- Adaptable and comfortable with change in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems with ease.
