Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Government Recruitment Professional to join our highly successful government team and contribute to growing our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through various channels and conduct thorough interviews to meet client requirements.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with candidates by taking a genuine interest in their career aspirations and providing exceptional service.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process, from preparation to final offer negotiation.
  • Develop relationships with businesses we currently partner with and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain close communication with clients to understand their evolving recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
About You
  • You are a driven and highly motivated individual with a passion for recruitment, particularly in the Government/Council sector.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, corporate presentation, and a positive personality that can handle diverse personalities.
  • You demonstrate self-management, drive, initiative, and hard work, with the ability to adapt to adversity and rejection.
