Job Title: Fabricator Specialist

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our production team in Western Australia.

In this hands-on role, you will be an active member of the production team. You will service a large and active market by supplying quality building products that meet the needs of the construction and building sector.

Our product range includes steel roofing, wall cladding, rainwater goods, solutions such as fascia & gutter systems, fencing, carports, and patios.

You will have the opportunity to further your skills in a manufacturing environment and develop your career into a leading or supervisory role.

This role requires flexibility to support overlapping shifts and additional work hours when required to ensure uninterrupted production and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating hand tools and machines, including turret punch experience
  • Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
  • Operating plant equipment, including sheet metal machinery
  • Working collaboratively within a team towards operational targets
  • Contributing to a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Fabrication or metalworking trade experience
  • Trade certificate in Metal Fabrication or similar (desirable)
  • Effective team management, problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • A commitment to personal safety and well-being, as well as care for others
  • A positive attitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
