Customer Experience Ambassador

As a dedicated customer experience ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional logistics solutions to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the seamless movement of freight within assigned portfolios, ensuring timely delivery and optimal satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with major account managers to provide actionable insights on customer freight movements and potential issues.
  • Conduct regular reviews and reports on daily freight movements, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer inquiries effectively, prioritizing their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Elevate priority issues promptly, addressing all aspects of client accounts with professionalism and urgency.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with assigned client portfolios, fostering trust and loyalty through consistent high-quality service.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, to manage data and communicate with stakeholders.
