Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our administrative operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for a high-calibre client base, delivering exceptional client care and support
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Client Services team, identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and elevate team performance
- Foster collaboration and a positive, productive environment across the organization
- Keep managers updated on team capacity and workflow, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Manage reporting software and data analytics dashboards, providing insight into firm operations
- Handle daily correspondence and communications with precision and professionalism
Requirements:
- A background in Client Services or Administration within a Professional Services or Corporate environment
- Administration, Client Services or Bookkeeping experience
- Experience communicating with clients and third-party organizations
- Tech savvy - experience with different consulting, accounting and analytical software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
