Centred Solutions is a dynamic consultancy business that offers a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to make a meaningful impact in the remote context. We are seeking a skilled Consultant / Analyst to join our team and contribute to the delivery of our projects.
Our company was founded in 2021 by Fionn Griffin and Mark Coffey, two experienced consultants who saw an opportunity to leverage their expertise and create a partnership that would provide greater value to clients. Centred Solutions is committed to delivering results that are informed by best practice, delivered through a collaborative and robust process, and tailored to each client's specific needs and organisational requirements.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with Company Directors, building strong stakeholder relationships, reviewing complex information and data sets, designing and planning projects, and working with an experienced team to undertake tasks and manage risks. They will have exceptional organisational skills, a positive attitude, and be able to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of the issues affecting people living in the remote context, or a keen interest to learn. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional role in private, government, and/or non-profit sectors, and be able to maintain neutrality, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives, managing these transparently internally, and involving all relevant stakeholders in appropriate ways
- Produce professional documents with exceptional writing skills, including reports, plans, and notes
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Maintain open communication with Company Directors at all times across all projects
- Manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders
