This is a Talent Acquisition role that will support the recruitment process for a prestigious law firm based in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with Practice Group Leaders and Office Partners-in-Charge to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. They will also be responsible for leading the Graduate, Summer Clerk, and Paralegal programs across multiple offices.

  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify talent acquisition needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Developing and implementing recruitment materials and strategies to promote the firm's employer brand.
  • Maintaining relationships with preferred recruitment agencies and ensuring compliance with company policies.

To be successful in this role, you will bring a minimum of four years' recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to legal or professional services environments. You will be proactive, strategic, and client-service oriented, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least four years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
