Database Specialist

As a skilled Database Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable database solutions. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and maintaining complex database systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Designing and developing database structures using SQL Server is a crucial aspect of this role. You will focus on normalization, optimization, and scalability to create efficient databases that meet business needs.

In addition to designing database structures, you will develop ETL processes using SSIS, ensuring data integrity and efficiency. You will also write and maintain VBScript and PowerShell scripts for automation and task management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop database structures using SQL Server.
  • Develop ETL processes using SSIS.
  • Write and maintain scripts for automation and task management.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement database design changes.
Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server (MSSQL18 or later).
  • Proficiency in SSIS for ETL development and maintenance.
  • Experience with VBScript and PowerShell scripting.
  • Familiarity with Control-M or similar job scheduling tools.
  • Solid understanding of database design, normalization, and optimization techniques.
